Due to the beautifully textured surface of the pecan, when caramelised, the molten caramel floods the grooves and dips, hugging every contour of the nut, creating a wonderfully unpredictable depth to the caramel layer and a deliciously variable crunch. These caramelised pecans are then enrobed in a double layer of a house blend of Valrhona milk chocolate for that ultra-smooth, final flourish.

Ingredients: Caramelised Pecans (60%): Pecan nut, Sugar. Milk Chocolate (41% Cocoa Minimum, Pure Cocoa Butter, 19% Milk Solids) (40%): Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier: (Soya Lecithin) Vanilla Extract.
